ProfitsMagnet operates as a holding company managing distinct specialized business units:

 

The Axiom Grid: Provides AI-driven creative marketing campaigns, digital branding, and content creation services.

 

HiringNet: Facilitates recruitment, job matching, candidate screening, and staffing services for employers and job seekers. Salesmater: Delivers outsourced sales operations, lead generation, and business growth strategies.

 

Book More Stays: Operates an online reservation platform for resorts and stays, alongside commercial video production services tailored for the hospitality industry.

 

Specific service agreements, statements of work (SOW), or booking contracts signed with any individual subsidiary may contain additional terms that supplement these general Terms.

 

 

3. User Accounts and Security

 

If any of our platforms require you to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

 

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Our Property:

 

All content, trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, software, text, and AI-generated outputs created or owned by ProfitsMagnet and its subsidiaries (The Axiom Grid, HiringNet, Salesmater, Book More Stays) are protected by intellectual property laws in India. Restrictions:

 

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any material from our platforms without our explicit prior written consent.

 

Client Deliverables: Intellectual property rights for specific custom deliverables created by The Axiom Grid, Salesmater, or Book More Stays are governed by the specific service contracts executed between the client and the respective subsidiary.

 

 

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

 

You agree not to use our websites or services to:

 

Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law, including Indian cyber and data protection laws. Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of ProfitsMagnet or third parties.

 

Transmit any harmful code, viruses, malware, or automated scraping scripts. Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our websites, servers, or networks. Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, particularly on HiringNet (employment applications) or Book More Stays (reservations).

 

 

6. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations (Book More Stays) Reservations:

 

All resort and stay bookings made through Book More Stays are subject to availability and the specific cancellation, refund, and check-in policies of the respective partner resort.

 

Pricing: Prices for stays and video production packages are listed on our platforms and are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under Indian tax laws.

 

Refunds: Refund and cancellation timelines will be clearly outlined at the time of booking or detailed in your project contract.

 

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

 

ProfitsMagnet, its directors, employees, and subsidiary brands shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of our services.

 

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to the specific subsidiary company for the relevant service in the preceding three months.

 

 

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

Our services and platforms are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our AI tools, marketing campaigns, hiring placements, or booking platforms will be completely uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

 

 

9. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ProfitsMagnet, its subsidiaries (The Axiom Grid, HiringNet, Salesmater, Book More Stays), and their respective officers, directors, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

 

 

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
